“The Privilege of a Lifetime is to become who you truly are” - Carl Jung

Everyone can have times in their life when things are not going as they would like them to. It can be that everything is flowing too fast, or that things have become stuck along the way and our emotions are threatening to overwhelm us. Do you need a safe space to try and slow the flow?  To scoop out the bits that have become stuck?

You may know what it is that is causing difficulties in your life, a traumatic life changing event perhaps. However very often things are buried deep below the surface and it is only through self-exploration that these things can come into our awareness, once in view they can be explored and you can find peace and reconciliation.

Anxiety – anxiety can interfere significantly with daily routines, your job, social life etc.

Depression – depression can impact on our lives when we least expect it.

Self-esteem issues – a common cause of low self-esteem is negative thoughts.

Stress management – many things can trigger stress such as illness, relationship difficulties, financial worries etc.

Relationships – working together we can identify the relationships that nourish you and how to enhance those that do not.

Bereavement – grief is complex and a unique journey for everyone, perhaps you need a place to try to make sense of your loss.

The first step is to see whether we feel we can work together. I offer a complimentary 50 minute consultation as it gives us the opportunity to meet and for you to gain a sense of whether you would feel comfortable.

Perhaps you have seen a counsellor before but perhaps not. It can seem a huge step to take and sometimes with therapy things can get worse before they get better. However with mutual commitment we can work through this together.

“Nothing you bring is ever too small; if it is important to you then it is important to me”
